Payment Agreement

  • We require a $200 non-refundable deposit. Deposit will be applied towards the balance of your party package. if for some reason you need to cancel the amount can only be transferred to a future party date. Deposits cannot be used towards open play.
  • All payments must match the name of the person booking with the name of the credit card used as a form of payment.
  • Upon arrival a credit/debit card is required for a payment pre-authorization — No Exceptions.

Party Policy

  • You Will review a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your party.
  • We Require 48 hours notice to downgrade your package — No Exceptions!
  • No decorations on the walls (You will be financially responsible for damages).
  • You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to set up and decorate the party room or drop your decorations off a day before. You may decorate the room with freestanding decorations, tablecloths, napkins and plates.
  • No smash cakes, streamers, confetti or silly string allowed.
  • You may bring your own food for an additional $30 (No warmers, pots, etc. of any kind allowed).
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
  • All parties are 2 hours in length. We ask that you please leave the birthday party room after 2 hours sharp, otherwise you will be assessed an additional $25 for every 15 minutes.
  • The party host must make the arrangements to have adequate adult supervision on hand.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Late arrivals — due to other parties in session and/or staffing, Next Level Play Center may not be able to accommodate a late arrival. Therefore, you party may forfeit time with no refund.
